Our live roundtable discussion will detail a framework for recovery of prime and subcontract costs and delays caused by contract performance disruptions related to COVID-19. The presentation also will address specific requirements under the U.S. Department of Defense's (DOD) "Implementation Guidance for Section 3610 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act."
