Diann Smith will speak at the Council on State Taxation’s (COST) 2020 State and Local Tax Webinar for Technology Companies. She will co-present on best practices for managing and driving audits in the tech industry, including discussing how to demonstrate products/services are not taxable, how to properly substantiate that determination, and other relevant strategies.
