The Dallas Regional Chamber has chosen Reed Smith litigation counsel Clark Donat to take part in Leadership Dallas, the premier leadership development program in the Dallas Region.
The 9-month intensive program prepares a diverse group of business leaders for community service and positive change through an exploration of critical issues. The Regional Chamber selects individuals for Leadership Dallas based on proven leadership potential within their organization and in the Dallas community. The LD program has been in existence since 1975.
“I am proud to be a part of the Dallas region’s premier leadership program alongside my other Leadership Dallas class members,” Donat said on learning of his inclusion.
Donat counsels both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation in suits involving technology, commercial banking/mortgage lending, financial services, real estate, health care, construction, energy (oil and gas), insurance, consumer finance, securities litigation and employment disputes.
He provides legal counsel in all aspects of the litigation process, and regularly practices in both federal and state courts in Texas and across the country. He also assists clients in arbitration and mediation, as well as with internal investigations.
Donat also performs notable and extensive pro bono and community service work, through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and Human Impact
