Our U.S. firm will change its name from Osha Liang LLP to Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton LLP (OBWB).
From our humble beginnings 22 years ago with a few patent attorneys in Houston, Texas, to firm with established offices on three continents, Osha Liang has been dedicated to providing high quality, timely, and cost-effective IP services.
While it would be impossible to individually recognize everyone who has contributed to the firm’s development and success, following Dr. Liang’s retirement in 2016, the firm has decided to recognize the outstanding and longstanding contributions of Managing Partner Jeffrey Bergman and Partners Yuichi Watanabe and Carlyn Burton. This change of name is a celebration of who the firm is today, not a reflection of any change in management or leadership. As always, our commitment to serve you remains the same. OBWB thanks you for your support and we all look forward to working with you.
