Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes Adam C. Ragan in Dallas as a partner in the Litigation Department.

Clark, Managing Partner of Fox’s Dallas office. “Adam’s litigation practice, coupled with his background handling lender compliance and data privacy issues benefits our clients nationwide.”
Ragan handles civil, commercial and consumer litigation involving a range of contract disputes and related claims. He advises national and international clients across multiple industries, with particular experience representing auto, mortgage and student loan servicers and lenders. He frequently handles litigation matters involving state and federal consumer laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Truth in Lending Act.
CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Ragan assists local nonprofit organizations in the creation of data privacy and security policies, breach response plans and other cybersecurity measures, as well as a range of business agreements.
Prior to joining Fox, Ragan was an attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP.
