The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by West Harris County Regional Water Authority against Bancorpsouth Bank Successor by Merger With Icon Bank of Texas N.A., Sauson Investment Corp. and Spirit of Texas Bank SSB on Jan. 20: 'Order Appointing Substitute Commissioner'.

Case number 1163547 was filed in the Harris County Civil Court on Jan. 12.
