Husch Blackwell’s success in completing CEI’s ranking criteria has earned a 100 percent rating from HRC each year since 2016.
Husch Blackwell has earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the sixth year in a row.
The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. The CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related workplace policies and practices such as non-discrimination protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria that falls under four central pillars:
- Non-discrimination policies across business entities;
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families;
- Supporting an inclusive culture; and
- Corporate social responsibility.
The Human Rights Campaign is America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual transgender and queer people.
