HOUSTON — A man who rented an RV space in Houston alleges he warned management of the RV's electrical problems prior to an electrical fire that caused him to suffer smoke inhalation and burns.

Calvin Enderli filed a pro se complaint July 13 in Harris County District Court against GRDM Management LLC, Guy J. Robertson, Sr., Guy J. Robertson, Jr., and Douglas Mulvaneym, managers of Quality RV Resorts doing business as Fallbrook RV Resort alleging negligence.

Enderli rented an RV space at Fallbrook RV Resort in Houston on April 13, 2019, according to his suit. He claims that in May of 2019, he informed the maintenance manager of electrical problems with his trailer including the lights dimming and air conditioning malfunctioning.

Enderli further claims that on July 14, 2019, while he was sleeping, he awoke to an explosion and flames which were caused by an electrical fire and suffered smoke inhalation and burns to his body. He alleges the defendants' negligence for failing to fix the electrical and air conditioning systems that were in need of repair which resulted in his injuries and $12,800 in property damages.

Enderli seeks monetary relief of $250,000 or less, interest and all other just relief.
