Fox Rothshild LLP issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.

BTI Consulting has named Fox Rothschild’s national Litigation Department an "Intimidating Opponent” in its “Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation” list. Fox is one of 39 firms to earn a spot overall on the coveted annual list.

According to BTI, those included on this highly competitive list are those that opponents do not want to face in court because they consistently embrace these four qualities:

Fearless Nature

These firms are bold. They feel the fear and uncertainty created by the unsteady reopening and instinctively dive in to sort things out — and move forward.

Uber Urgent

Like the best Electric Vehicles, they start with the power on at full force and accelerate into a case at breakneck speed.

Relentless

Giving up is not an option. The fearsome start out fully resourced and don’t stop until they reach their goal.

Strategically Aggressive

Clients report settlements are harder to come by. This means more strategy, more defense, and an aggressive posture to prove your point.

Fox has been included on BTI's Most Feared Litigation list since 2016.

BTI compiles this list through a comprehensive survey, including interviews with 350 general counsel and in-house litigation leaders at companies with more than $1 billion in revenue in the United States.

With more than 400 litigators in 27 offices coast to coast, Fox Rothschild represents a diverse range of clients, resolving their disputes in the smartest, most cost-effective and expeditious way.
