HOUSTON – In the month of October, State Farm Lloyds settled several insurance lawsuits housed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, court records show.
Many of the settled cases were lawsuits brought by Daly & Black, a Houston law firm specializing in insurance litigation.
For example, Daly & Black represented Roy Labourdette Jr. in a suit alleging under-payment of a claim for damages caused by a storm that hit Katy in 2018.
