HOUSTON — A man claims he fractured a tooth after eating chicken he purchased at a Dairy Queen in Houston.

Keith Nunn filed a complaint Nov. 19 in Harris County District Court against Opsilhi Enterprises LLC, Opsilhi Enterprises LLC doing business as Dairy Queen Stores and Nanda Properties LLC alleging negligence.

Nunn alleges in his complaint that while eating chicken he purchased at the Diary Queen restaurant on Highway 6 North in Houston on Jan. 17, 2020, he bit into "an object" and fractured his tooth. He claims the defendant's negligence for failing to keep "products safe for public consumption," and failing to supervise and train its employees in food handling.
