HOUSTON — A woman alleges a Houston Honda dealership's negligence resulted in injuries from a slip and fall.

Pamela Busby filed a complaint Nov. 15 in Harris County District Court against Team Gillman Honda North alleging premises liability and negligence.

Busby, according to her suit, was at Team Gillman Honda on Dec. 19, 2020, to get an oil change on her vehicle. She alleges she suffered injuries after slipping and falling on "a hazardous/substance item" while at the dealership. She claims the defendants failed to inspect the premises or warn customers of the dangerous condition.

Busby also claims Team Gilliam Honda failed to correct the dangerous condition, failed to properly supervise and train their employees. She alleges as a result of the slip and fall, she suffered pain, mental anguish, lost wages and incurred medical expenses.

Busby seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million, interest, trial by jury and all other just relief. She is represented by George Oginni and John Leo of Leo & Oginni Trial Lawyers PLLC in Houston.
