Three Husch Blackwell Attorneys Selected to 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

Husch Blackwell issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been selected to participate in two Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) programs for 2022.

Natalie Garcia Lashinsky, senior associate in the firm’s virtual office The Link, has been named Husch Blackwell’s 2022 LCLD Fellows nominee. Bryce Navarro, senior associate in Kansas City, and Nikki Tate, senior associate in Dallas, have been named 2022 Pathfinders.

Recognized as LCLD’s flagship program, the Fellows Program provides mid-career, diverse, high-potential attorneys with leadership training, professional and personal development opportunities, and other career building offerings. Law firms may annually nominate one attorney to participate.

The Pathfinder Program, designed for diverse junior attorneys with three-to-seven years of practice experience, offers participants essential tools to leverage professional networks, build leadership skills, and otherwise bolster their legal careers. Firms may nominate two attorneys to participate annually.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is comprised of corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession.
