DALLAS — O’Melveny represented Amplifi Group, a leading strategy and information management consultancy, in connection with a strategic growth investment it received from Source Capital, a private investment firm, a press release states.
The transaction was announced on June 28.

The company helps the world’s leading brands, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers harness the power of their data.
Based in Atlanta, Source Capital focuses on providing flexible equity and debt capital to companies across a wide range of industries. Source Capital has made 25 equity platform investments, 52 add-on acquisitions and 40 debt investments through four separate credit funds since the company was founded in 2002.
