Harris County man alleges injuries after business partner punched him in the face

HOUSTON — A Harris County man alleges his business partner assaulted him by punching him in the face and caused him to suffer bodily injuries. 

Kenneth Dorsey Parker filed a complaint  Oct. 18 in Harris County District Court against Brian Wesley Coughenour alleging assault. 

Parker alleges in his complaint that Coughenour, the co-owner of his business Wireless Management, punched him twice in the face at their office in Harris County on Oct. 12, 2022. He claims that Coughenour intentionally threatened and then caused him bodily injury. Specifically, Parker claims he suffered pain, mental anguish, impairment and incurred medical treatment expenses due to the assault. 

Parker seeks monetary relief between $250,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Hector Longoria of Longoria Law in Houston.
