HOUSTON – A patron of the Todos Santos bar in Houston has filed a lawsuit following an alleged slip and fall accident.

Plaintiff Ahmad Khaled El-Saadi filed the lawsuit in the Harris County District Court against Sundown Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Todos Santos, citing negligence.

According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 8, El-Saadi was a patron at a Houston bar owned and operated by the plaintiffs. The plaintiff claims that as he was walking through the venue, he suddenly slipped on some water that was on the floor and injured himself.

The lawsuit states that the defendants negligently failed to properly maintain the premises to protect the safety of its customers.

El-Saadi claims that he has sustained injuries which have caused him pain and suffering and mental anguish. He adds that he has incurred medical costs and will continue to require medical treatment in the future to recover from his injuries.

The plaintiff is seeking damages, plus interest, attorney fees, court costs and any other relief the court deems proper. He is represented in this case by attorney Wisam Ghuneim and Johann Z. Salazar of The Ghuneim Law Firm in Pasadena.
