The Supreme Court of Texas finalized a form designed to assist individuals who need the help of the justice system to stop harassment via cyberbullying.

The Sworn Application and Petition to Stop Cyberbullying Under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 129A contains instructions in English and Spanish. The form, while not a substitute for a lawyer, walks filers step-by-step through the process and provides resources for victims of cyberbullying.
