GALVESTON — A painting and construction contracting company alleges it is owed more than $89,000 for a project at a sports facility in League City.

LCOTT Inc., doing business as CentraPro Painters of League City filed a complaint March 10 in Galveston County District Court against Big League Dreams League City LLC alleging breach of contract and other claims.

CentraPro, according to their complaint, is a painting and construction services contractor who was hired by Big League for the painting of three buildings and the repair of sheetrock. CentraPro claims it provided the services to Big League and provided invoices to Big League who has refused to pay them for their work. They allege that they are owed $89,121.38 and that Big League is in breach of contract for their failure to pay for the painting project that was completed.

CentraPro seeks monetary relief, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Dinesh Singhal of The Singhal Law Firm in Houston.
