Lewis Brisbois announced that Sean Walsh has joined its Houston office as a partner in the firm’s Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Walsh represents businesses in all aspects of their formation, capitalization, operation, and governance, including in business and real estate transactions, finance, commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property, and executive employment. Over the course of his 30-year legal career, he frequently has served as first-chair trial counsel and has worked with clients across several industries, including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, construction, and banking.
“I am happy to be at a firm with such a strong national presence where I can assist businesses in a variety of industries and geographic locations,” said Walsh. “I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues in Houston, as well as across the country, so that we may deliver the highest level of service to our clients.”

Mr. Walsh earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. He is admitted to practice in state and federal court in Illinois, Michigan, and Texas, as well as in federal court in New York and Ohio.
