SOUTHEAST TEXAS RECORD

Lawyers of Color has named four Holland & Knight attorneys to its 2023 Hot List, and another to its inaugural Wonderful Women List. Established in 2013, Lawyers of Color is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities.

The Wonderful Women List recognizes dynamic women attorneys working in law firms, companies and government agencies across the U.S., and the Hot List recognizes junior- and mid-level attorneys excelling in their careers and who demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession.

The following Holland & Knight attorneys were honored by Lawyers of Color:

Hot List

• Sophia Chen, Washington, D.C.
• Ken Jefferson, Washington, D.C.
• Krithika Rajkumar, Boston
• Adrianne Waddell, Austin

All honorees were chosen through a two-pronged process: either via nominations from mentors, peers and colleagues or through editorial picks based on extensive research of attorneys who had noteworthy accomplishments, giving special attention to candidates who were active in diversity pipeline initiatives.
