Bradley is pleased to announce that Daniel McEntee has joined the firm as a partner in its nationally recognized Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

“Danny has extensive experience in complex corporate work, and he will bring an important transactional piece to our already strong corporate and energy practices,” said Bradley Houston Office Managing Partner Robert Ford. “Adding Danny to our team in Houston enhances our capability to serve client needs as we continue to expand our depth in Texas and nationally.”

With the arrival of Mr. McEntee, Bradley’s Houston office has added almost 20 attorneys in the past 12 months. In February 2023, the office added over 45,000 square feet of space on two floors in the JPMorgan Chase Tower in Downtown Houston as part of its long-term expansion plan.

Mr. McEntee advises clients on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, line of equity investments, internal reorganizations, and general corporate matters, with additional experience in corporate governance, SEC compliance, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. McEntee has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including energy, chemicals, deathcare, retail, tech, and financial services. He has particular experience advising companies in the energy industry, where his representation has covered a broad set of sub-sectors, including exploration and production, midstream, refining, oilfield services, petrochemicals, and renewable energy.
