HOUSTON - A lawsuit brought against Mister Car Wash is alleging that an “unreasonably dangerous parking stop” caused a man to trip and fall.

Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Donald Royal filed his suit on Jan. 26 in Harris County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on March 12, 2022, Royal was at a Mister Car Wash. As he was walking through the premises, he “tripped over the unreasonably dangerous parking stop and fell,” causing him to land forcefully on the ground and injure his body.

Royal is asserting Mister acted with malice.

He seeks damages for his pain, mental anguish, impairment, lost earnings and disfigurement.

Houston attorney Jeffrey Todd represents him.
