HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been brought against H-E-B (Joe V’s Smart Shop).
Alleging negligence, Blanca Gongora-Reyes filed the suit Feb. 20 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on June 12, 2022, the plaintiff was shopping at a Joe V’s when she slipped and fell on a clear substance on the floor while walking through the produce aisle.
