Polsinelli congratulates its client SiftHub, on its $5.5 million Series Seed financing. SiftHub is an AI assistant aimed at helping sales and presales teams focus more on building relationships and less on grunt work.
The financing was co-led by Matrix Partners India and Blume Ventures, with participation from Neon Fund as well as executives and founders from Superhuman, Cloudflare, DevRev, Razorpay and SuperOps. The financing will be used to hire more people in product R&D, enhance the product, and help the company go to market.

The Polsinelli Venture Capital and Emerging Growth Companies team involved in the transaction included Prithvi Tanwar, Mark Cloutier, Nicola DeVita and Sugeiry Betances. Polsinelli served as outside counsel to SiftHub and continues to serve as outside general counsel on an ongoing basis.
