In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, plaintiffs Jose Garay, Rosa Maria Ramirez, and Maria Socorro Olachia have filed a lawsuit against Precision Demolition LP and Rafael Mancilla. The court case ID is 2024-2351 2, and it was filed on April 12, 2024. The plaintiffs are represented by Kherkher Garcia LLP and allege that the defendants' negligence led to a car accident causing them injuries.

The incident in question occurred on December 11, 2023. According to the court filing, Garay was driving southbound on FM 362 in Waller, Texas with Ramirez and Olachia as passengers when Mancilla, who was operating a vehicle for Precision Demolition LP at the time, rear-ended their vehicle. Mancilla allegedly admitted to not seeing the stoplight and failing to halt his vehicle in time.

The plaintiffs claim that they were forced to seek medical attention due to injuries sustained from the collision. They assert that this accident was a direct result of the defendants' negligence - specifically Mancilla's failure to control his speed and pay attention while driving.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages under Level 3 discovery for their injuries. They have requested the court issue a docket control order tailored to their case within a reasonable timeframe.
