HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking more than $1 million in damages has been brought against Fred Haas Motors.
Alleging premises liability and negligence, Crystal Gonzalez filed the suit on April 29 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on July 4, 2022, Gonzalez was at Fred Haas Toyota World when she slipped near the entrance because of an unknown liquid substance on the floor, causing her to fall and suffer injuries.
