HOUSTON - A man has filed a suit claiming his Father’s Day gift of massage ended up causing him a shoulder injury.
Seeking between $250,000 and $1 million in damages, Michael Nolan filed suit against Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa on June 6 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, Nolan was provided a gift certificate to the spa as a Father’s Day gift by his children. On June 17, 2023, he went to the spa and his left shoulder was injured during a massage.
The suit is alleging negligence.
