Danny McEntee Named Recipient of M&A Advisor’s 2024 Emerging Leaders Awards

Bradley is pleased to announce that Houston partner Danny McEntee has been named a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 15th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards.

The M&A Advisor established the Emerging Leaders Awards program to honor excellence and foster mentorship and professional development among young professionals under the age of 40 in the corporate finance and dealmaking industries. Mr. McEntee was selected from a pool of prominent nominees for his notable accomplishments in business and community service. Honorees were evaluated by an independent judging panel for their groundbreaking contributions in M&A, corporate financing and restructuring and their charitable involvement. Mr. McEntee is a member of Bradley’s nationally recognized Corporate and Securities Practice Group and advises clients on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, line of equity investments, internal reorganizations, and general corporate matters. He has additional experience in corporate governance, SEC compliance, and bankruptcy and has represented clients from a variety of industries, with particular experience in energy. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth Houston, an organization focused on middle market corporate growth.

Mr. McEntee earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from the University of Southern California. He maintains an active pro bono practice, taking on a variety of cases through the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program and contributing hours on ABA’s Texas Free Legal Answers Platform, a virtual legal advice clinic.
