Austin Associate Cole Hutchison, a member of Locke Lord’s Energy Practice Group, has been named to Austin Monthly’s Top Attorneys 2024 in the Government and Administrative category. Hutchison is an administrative law and regulatory attorney with vast experience in front of governmental bodies. He has represented clients in administrative appeals and subsequent litigation in district and appellate courts. His practice extends to advising clients on regulatory compliance matters with an emphasis on Texas energy markets and regulations. Further, he has frequently provided advice to clients on the implications of various legislative bills.
