Steptoe & Johnson’s Lori Oliphant was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC) on September 14, 2024 at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.
Fellows of the ACEBC are selected by the Board of Governors from a pool of nominated employee benefits attorneys who are recommended by the Board’s Nomination Committee. Fellows must have a minimum of 20 years’ experience and have made significant contributions to advancements in the employee benefits field.
Lori is the Managing Member of the firm’s Dallas office and focuses her practice on employee benefits. Lori is well-versed in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) issues and tax implications under the Internal Revenue Code (Code). She helps companies navigate through and comply with the regulatory requirements of ERISA and the Code.
