Sheppard Mullin represented private investment firm Littlejohn & Co in its acquisition of Sunbelt Modular, a leading designer and manufacturer of modular solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded over 45 years ago, Sunbelt provides highly engineered structures for both custom and fleet applications serving a diverse set of commercial end markets. The acquisition allows Sunbelt to continue expanding its capabilities and geographic reach while maintaining its best-in-class quality and service levels for its dealer customer base.
The Sheppard Mullin private equity team that represented Littlejohn was led by Lindsay Ferguson, Shon Glusky and Patrick Quine and included Carol Archer, Chelsea Lim, Ines Briand, Theodore Kelly, Keith Gercken, Michael Thaxter, Dmitriy Chelnitsky, Brian Egan, Sean Kirby, Michael Chan, Michael Weisshar, Michael Leake, Jordan Golden, Carlo Van den Bosch, Julia Kadish, Olivier Theard, Leo Caseria and Malika Levarlet.
