Bradley Adds Real Estate Partner Thomas H. Stewart Jr. to Dallas Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that Thomas H. Stewart Jr. has joined as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas.

“Tom is a tremendous addition to our firm, bringing decades of experience in commercial real estate, finance and corporate law in a competitive market and adding valuable perspective to the real estate team,” said Bradley Dallas Office Managing Partner Gene R. Besen. “Tom’s sophisticated corporate and transactional work greatly strengthens our Dallas team while allowing us to continue to strategically grow our real estate capabilities throughout Texas.”

For more than 30 years, Mr. Stewart has represented a diverse range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and asset purchases, including contracts, leases, loan documentation, title review, easements, covenants, restrictions and related documents, construction contract negotiation and mechanic’s liens. Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Stewart was a founding partner at a boutique law firm in Dallas that focused on commercial real estate transactions, finance and corporate law matters.

Mr. Stewart received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin with honors. He also earned his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and the Dallas Bar Foundation and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.

Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group is deeply embedded in the commercial real estate industry, serving every sector of the market, including office, multi-family, industrial, healthcare and medical, hospitality, and residential tract development, whether through acquisitions, financing, lending, leasing, construction, regulatory, tax, and other legal counsel, guidance or advice. The team handles complex, multimillion-dollar projects for large institutions, as well as routine transactions for clients whose primary interests are in real estate investment or development.
