In response to the winter storm impacting Central Texas, Baylor Law School will transition to remote learning on Thursday, January 9, and Friday, January 10, 2025. All in-person events and other activities are canceled, and the law school building will be closed those days.
J.D. students should receive information directly from their professors, who will determine if a class will be rescheduled or offered remotely. Please regularly check Canvas and your Baylor email for updates and further guidance. Baylor Law School Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management students participating in the January On-Campus Session should check their primary email for online instructions or email ilya_hefets1@baylor.edu with any questions.
Please stay alert for email and text notifications regarding Baylor University’s inclement weather plan or other local storm preparedness information. If you are not receiving Baylor Alert text messages, you can register to receive them online at https://dps.web.baylor.edu/emergency-management/baylor-alert.
We care deeply about the safety of our students, faculty, and staff and encourage everyone to take necessary precautions during this severe weather. Please continue to monitor the Baylor Law website, email, and social media for further updates and details about the remote learning schedule. Stay safe!
