This marks the second partnership between Renegade, founder and CEO, Drew Ward, partner and CFO, Jason Tanous, and Energy Spectrum. Renegade is pursuing acquisition opportunities, relationship-driven organic greenfield projects, and strategic producer partnerships with a focus on the Lower 48.
The Troutman Pepper Locke team advising Renegade was led by Jennie Simmons and Eric Larson and included Andrew Nelson.
