DLA Piper is pleased to announce the addition of Lewis Goss II and Warren Seay, Jr. as partners in the Real Estate Practice. Goss and Seay will split their time between the Washington, DC and Dallas offices.
Goss represents banks, private debt and equity funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including single asset and portfolio acquisition; bridge and construction financing; mezzanine, note-on-note, preferred equity and other subordinate finance structures and their related intercreditor agreements; syndications, co-lender agreements and participations; as well as loan restructuring, distressed assets, and workouts.
Seay works with national banks, regional and local commercial banks, and capital market lenders and borrowers on the origination and restructuring of loans for several types of assets, including single asset and project-based construction loans, term loans, and secured credit facilities.
