SHERMAN - A former Human Resources Manager has filed a lawsuit against Tyson foods claiming that the store committed age and gender discrimination by terminating her and replacing her with a younger, male employee.

Plano shopping center sued for disability discrimination

SHERMAN - In an effort to bring a Plano shopping plaza and a restaurant into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a disabled woman has filed a lawsuit that claims the areas are discriminating against the disabled through architectural barriers.
