Stetson SHERMAN - A young Collin County woman has filed a gender discrimination lawsuit against Kentucky Fried Chicken that argues the company filed to take action against a co-worker who was committing sexual harassment.

While cooking, Kathy Kirkwood burned her hands with hot water. Alleging her employer failed to provide her with adequate safety equipment, Kirkwood has filed suit against a Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise.
