Anil Nath and Janice Nath filed a complaint against Dominique Beaudry of Tomball and Beaudry Partners Ltd. of Beaumont in Jefferson County District Court on May 12, claiming personal injuries in an April 2014 incident involving Anil’s hospitalization.

According to the suit, Anil Nath, himself a doctor, underwent a medical procedure under the defendant’s care at Tomball Regional Medical Center that resulted in severe, permanent injuries. Neither the exact date of the incident, the type of procedure performed, nor the nature of Mr. Nath’s alleged injuries was cited in court documents filed.

Claiming physical pain and impairment, and mental anguish; medical expenses; and loss of wages, earning capacity, and household services, the Naths seek compensation In excess of $1 million in damages; pre- and post-judgment interest; attorney’s fees; expenses, and costs.

The plaintiffs are represented by Christopher King and Hartley Hampton of Hampton & King in Houston.
