LaSalle Bank National Association has filed a home equity foreclosure application on the home of Port Arthur couple, Thomas and Stephanie Lee.
According to the application, which was filed in the Jefferson County District Court on April 17, the Lees owe the bank $39, 918.87 and haven't made a payment since February.
LaSalle has appointed three successors, Carolyn Ciccio, Tommy Jackson and Charles Brown, as the substitute trustees to conduct a public auction.
The property is located 1611 Imhoff Ave., Port Arthur, Texas 77642.
