Assurance Mortgage Company is seeking an order for foreclosure against Theresa and Donald Walton, 2610 Tanglewood, Orange, Texas 77630.

The original note was issued Aug. 4, 1998, in the amount of $41,250.

Monthly payments of $451 have not been made since Feb. 1, 2007. The unpaid principle on the note is $40,020, plus interest and attorney fees.

Assurance Mortgage is represented by Ondrea Taylor of Codillis & Stawiarski PC of Houston.

The case has been assigned to the 128th Orange County District Court.

Sabine Federal Credit Union, formerly DuPont SRW Employee Federal Credit Union, has filed for foreclosure against Pacing Tolliver, representing the estate of Altha Tolliver, deceased, of 801 W. Rein Ave., Orange, Texas 77630.

The order was filed in Orange County District Court.

Sabine FCU claims Tolliver failed to make monthly payments and late charges and to pay property taxes. Unpaid monthly installments from December 2006 to June 2007 total $2,421. Unpaid late charges come to $121. Delinquent taxes are owed for 2003, 2005 and 2006.

Alan Sanders represents the credit union.

The case has been assigned to the 260th District Court.
