Orange resident sues over auto collision

Dana Collins has filed suit against Vernon Davis for allegedly causing an automobile collision nearly two years ago.

The suit was filed March 4 in orange County District Court.

According to the suit, on May 5, 2008, Collins was injured in an automobile collision when Davis "negligently and carelessly collided with the plaintiff's vehicle."

The suit does not state how or where the incident occurred.

Collins alleges Davis negligently failed to keep a proper lookout, control his speed and apply his brakes in time.

The plaintiff is suing the company for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and lost wages.

Collins is represented by Orange attorney Sandee Hart.

The case has been assigned to Judge Pat Clark, 128th Judicial District.
