A motorcycle rider has filed suit against a Vidor resident for entering his lane and causing him to wreck.
Loyd Kelley Jr. filed suit against Stephen Rayon Jr. and Jack Barron on March 30 in Orange County District Court.
In his suit, Kelley says that on Dec. 30 he was injured when Rayon turned into the path of his motorcycle.
The suit accuses Rayon of negligently failing to keep a proper lookout and of Barron of negligently entrusting his vehicle to him.
Kelley is suing for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and lost wages.
He is represented by Orange attorney Sandee Hart.
The case has been assigned to Judge Dennis Powell, 163rd Judicial District.
