In addition to the money it says it is owed, Equable Ascent Financial is seeking pre-judgment interest, attorney's fees of at least $4,502.84, costs, post-judgment interest and other relief to which it may be entitled.

Equable Ascent Financial will be represented by Michael J. Scott, Teri Stewart Mace and Judith Morgan of Carrollton.

The case has been assigned to Judge Milton Shuffield, 136th District Court.
