Seeking to collect more than $100,000 in past due invoices, Seven-O-Industrial has filed suit against the LCI Group.
The petition was filed April 9 in Orange County District Court.
According to the suit, the businesses executed a bid proposal and acceptance letter on Aug. 12. Pursuant to the contract, Seven-O-Industrial has supplied LCI with goods and services since that time.
"Defendant has defaulted by failing to make payments on the account," the suit states. "The principal balance due plaintiff on the account is $102,895."
On top of actual damages, Seven-O-Industrial is suing for all court costs.
The company is represented by Stephen Howard.
Judge Buddy Hahn, 260th Judicial District, has been assigned to the case.
