Rear-end wreck results in suit

By David Yates | May 10, 2010

Louisiana resident John Ceaser is suing Michelle and Tommy Bobo for injuries he suffered in a vehicle wreck.

The suit was filed April 26 in Orange County District Court.

According to the suit, on Sept. 5, 2009, Ceaser was traveling in the eastbound lane of Interstate 10 in Orange when he was "suddenly and without warning" rear-ended by the Bobos.

In his suit, Ceaser says it is unclear which Bobo was actually driving so both of them have been sued.

Ceaser also alleges the defendants negligently failed to keep a proper lookout.

He is suing for past and future mental anguish, medical expenses and lost wages, plus all court costs.

The plaintiff is represented by Rodney Townsend, attorney at law.

The case has been assigned to Judge Buddy Hahn, 260th Judicial District.

Case No. D-100195-c
