In an effort to recover a past due balance of almost $10,000, Eastex Rental & Supply filed a lawsuit against Mc-OO Inc., doing business as MC-O Construction, on July 20 in Jefferson County District Court.
Eastex Rental & Supply states the defendant has defaulted on making payments to the account.
The plaintiff is asking for an award of $9,985.85 for the past due balance, plus interest, at least $2,500 in attorney's fees and court costs.
Eastex Rental & Supply is represented by M. Dru Montgomery of the Heartfield Law Firm in Beaumont.
Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court, is assigned to the case.
