Six new lawsuits against insurance companies over Hurricane Ike damage claims have been filed in Jefferson County District Court, Sept. 13-17, 2010.
The following complaints have been filed:
Raymond and Yolanda Bailey of 1016 West Drive in Port Neches allege State Farm Lloyds denied their claim for contents, roof, structural, water and wind damages caused to their property after Hurricane Ike struck on Sept. 13, 2008. Carey and Lois Balka of 3142 Terrell St. in Beaumont allege State Farm Lloyds denied their claim for contents, structure, roof, water and wind damages caused to their property after Hurricane Ike struck on Sept. 13, 2008.
