James McGlothlin is suing FleetNet America claiming the company refused to pay the bill after he was called out to an accident site.
The suit was filed Oct. 18 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the petition, on May 13 McGlothlin's wrecker service worked on an 18-wheeler rollover at the request of FleetNet.
The suit does not say where the accident occurred.
McGlothlin claims he fully preformed his duties but FleetNet has refused to pay the bill, court papers say.
McGlothlin alleges FleetNet breached its contract. He is suing for actual and consequential damages.
He is represented by Beaumont attorney Rocky Lawdermilk.
Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, has been assigned to the case.
