Nearly two years ago, Angie Reyna and her minor child were allegedly injured in a motor vehicle collision.
On May 25, Reyna and her minor son filed suit against Mary Arriola Turner in Jefferson County District Court, alleging the woman caused the collision.
According to the lawsuit, on July 3, 2009, a vehicle being operated by Turner struck the plaintiffs.
The suit does not state where or how the incident occurred, nor does the suit list any acts of negligence.
The plaintiffs are seeking damages from the defendant in an amount within the jurisdictional limits of the court.
The plaintiffs are representing themselves.
