Wholesale Outlet sues Tobacco Express over unpaid goods

Seeking payment for unpaid goods, Starco Impex, doing business as Wholesale Outlet, has filed suit against Tobacco Express No. 3.

The suit was filed Oct. 6 in Jefferson County District Court.

Court records show that Wholesale shipped $13,226 worth of goods to Tobacco Express at the request of the defendant.

The plaintiff is suing for actual damages and is represented by Beaumont attorney John Werner of the Reaud, Morgan & Quinn law firm.

Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, is assigned to the case.
